Please don't wake the beast!

I am back. It turns out I really missed Africa and she missed me. There is nothing like a dog waiting at your door to greet you. She is so willing to love, and I sure love her back. We take each other for granted, so a break every now and then is good. The break however, was not good for our couch. Stay tuned for that picture and please don't wake the sleeping giant. She is so well behaved in her sleep!

It is great to be back! I may get frustrated with this puppy, but I know she is getting better all of the time. Who once said "there are no terrible horses, just really bad riders?!" That goes for dogs as well.

  4. Well the saying around here is that actually situations are never really the dog's fault. Investigation always leads to a "people" error which enabled the dogs to be put in a compromising situation. And always let sleeping dogs lie.

  10. Welcome back! She really is cute sleeping. You know there is a reason kittens and puppies are so cute, it is so they have a chance to make it to adulthood LOL. My rottie angel ate thru 2 walls by the time he was 1 yr old lol. Not to mention other stuff he got into. I couldn't leave him loose when I left the house until he was almost 4 yrs old lol. Then I inherited the dumbest sheltie in the world lol. Crating her when Im gone is the only way my home is still standing (and she turned 10 back in june lol)

    Hugs!
